How big is the area you serve?
We serve Eugene and surrounding cities. If you are farther away we can usually work something out, depending on your size of project and date of completion required. Additional fees may be charged for time & gas-etc.
Tell me about your pricing...
Many art projects can begin with a phone call and email exchange for a rough estimate. We then recommend setting up a 30 min. to 1 hour appointment to solidify details. We will then come up with a full design/work proposal for you to consider. Most jobs require 50% of our total estimate up front, and the remainder when the project is finished. This can vary somewhat depending on the size of the project, and the artist you may work with. All work, supplies, repair costs (etc.) will be estimated up front for you...with details on any area that we suspect could require more money. We want to avoid any surprises.
How much do you charge for a design consultation?
For $100 you can have a 1 hour consultation for any sort of project design that will include an "Inspiration Board" -or a concept sketch for art- that is our vision after considering all the ideas we discussed...for you to keep as inspiration and to consider our proposal. With this option you can also email me back and forth with other questions related to those ideas. Additional consultation/design time is $50 per hour.
What kind of projects can you do?
The sky is the limit! If someone from our team can't do it...we will work with someone who can. We have a growing team of talented artist that are ready to help with your project! Prices vary depending on details of course: art requested, medium, artist, etc. We can do any kind of custom art, murals, wall or display installations, unique up-cycled storage or display pieces, window displays, window painting, design a new look for your entrance with better "curb appeal", re-design your store layout, create new enticing displays of merchandise, sculptures, graphics, signs, new menus, a new theme, give your cafe a new look, tattoo design, give your old furniture a new look with new coverings and paint, faux painting, etc. etc.
Can you just help me with design ideas and then let my employees/family/friends take over?
Absolutely!
This can work for many events, decor and art projects...and there are various ways to go about it. Contact us with your ideas and we can brainstorm for the perfect arrangement.
- If you would like to take on doing a mural or art with family and friends we can sketch it out on the wall for you at our hourly rate ... then you get to save $ and have the fun painting it in! We can even come back in and do some finishing touches, shading/etc. after you have done as much as you can do. This option also works nicely for play backdrops when you have a crew but lack the artistic skill required.
- For $500: On the spot designing/brainstorming/staging.
If you have already had an initial consultation, You can then hire our team come to your site and work for 3 hours using your items to stage and decorate your space. As this requires the space being clean with enough furniture & decor items to work with...prior approval is necessary. Cleaning and major organization work is not what we do-but we can refer an expert if you need that first.
Can you tell me more about your store or restaurant re-design option?
You bet. Many store owners are so busy running their business that they can get in a rut with their schedule and lack the time to be creative. It is amazing the attention your store will get with a fresh look! It draws new customers in, inspires regular customers to buy more when they see your old items displayed in a new way and is a great way to advertise with new pictures. We can either just re-display your inventory in a new way to add interest, or we can help you with a whole new look for your entire store inside and out! We love to help people save $ too...so we are happy to use ideas and sources that recycle whenever possible! A new design re-inspires store owners, employees and customers to enjoy your business with a fresh perspective. You can even have a grand "re-opening" celebration to get attention in some cases.
First we will come in and give you a 1 hour consultation for $100. We will discuss your dream store and help brainstorm to understand what will work for you, and then come up with our own creative vision using the ideas that we discuss to create an "Inspiration Board".
We will also give you our bid to come do the work for you to make our vision a reality.

What about Store or Home Curb appeal...What do you offer?
We will come up with a design(s) for you to consider that will dramatically improve the appeal or your home or business! Often this can be done with very minimal expense. It can include just a few details or can be a whole new makeover with: new paint colors, accessories, plants, artwork or signage -etc. This starts with the 1 hour consultation that includes our inspiration board. We have a dependable team and qualified people ready to hire that will accomplish that vision. We love to save you money and are happy to work with any budget.
Refund Details For all services:
Not refundable:
- Consultation fees
- Materials costs of items already purchased for your project or event
- Retail price for any projects completed for your event
-Hourly rate for on-site work completed, and for hours already spent on a project
* You of course have the option of keeping all supplies, art or craft items purchased, completed or , partially completed. We try to start all projects at the 60 day point before an event or deadline in order to lesson the risk for both parties, but for larger projects or events sometimes it is necessary to begin sooner.
Then after those fees:
- If cancelled 60 days or more before event or completion due date: Any remainder you have paid will be refunded and your contract cancelled. If there were any rentals or vendor/venue fees paid by us already, that amount will be deducted or charged in addition to the 25% we charge.
- If cancelled with less than 60 days notice: You will owe 25% of your contract total. You will be refunded the rest (if it has already been paid). If 25% has not yet been paid, you will be charged this amount and will receive a bill. If there were any rentals or vendor/venue fees paid by us already, that amount will be deducted or charged in addition to the 25% we charge.
