Can I schedule my event or design project today?
Reservations for Rentals are on hold currently as we change our inventory, but we are still available for design work, art or craft projects...or to answer any questions you may have! We look forward to working with you!
How big is the area you serve?
We serve Eugene and surrounding cities. If you are farther we can usually work something out, depending on your date. Additional fees may be charged for time & gas-etc.
How do I reserve your rental items?
It's easy!
1. First confirm through email that your date is available. Please include your name and # -please ask any questions in detail.
2. I will give you a call or email depending on your requests.
3. You initially reserve your date for those rentals with $100 deposit.
Do you deliver?
We sure do! We actually prefer it because it cuts down damage and accidents to our items. We specialize in Eugene, but may travel further. Delivery/pick-up fees are calculated based your needs and the time and location of your event.
Can we pick it up ourselves?
Yes...but you must have an appropriate sized vehicle that has weather protection (roof/sides), and items must travel and be stored at all times in dry conditions.
We have found that more accidents and damage happen this way however, so a minimal non-refundable fee is required in addition to the rental costs for "bumps and bruises", and the refundable deposit may be higher than the delivery fee...but then (ideally) you can get that back if there are no issues. Antique and vintage items are sometimes delicate, so the appropriate handling, use and storage during travel required should be considered.
Can I just rent a few of your items? ...and do you rent by the hour?
Yes and Yes! Our 4 hour rentals work great for photo shoots or small birthday parties.
$200 rental minimum Plus deposit - you pick up and return with this option. 7 day advance reservation is recommended.

Can we come take a look at your inventory in person?
You bet! Just contact us to find out when we will have our next "open house" at our storage location. Some of our inventory can be seen at scheduled shows and viewings also.
We broke something...what happens now?
When your are busy having fun-stuff happens, we understand! All items are carefully inspected before each rental and upon return and we do once again and document any damage. You will responsible to pay for any special cleaning, repairs or replacement needed. This amount will be taken from your deposit first, and if it should cost more than that, you will be billed for the remainder and it is due in full within 30 days of event.
* We recommend buying insurance to cover your big day
* Replacement fees for most items is 4-6 times the rental cost
Can I change my order after it's been placed?
Certainly! Feel free to request substitutions for items up to 2 weeks before your event without penalty fees. Last minute (under 1 week) substitutions requires extra work on our part, so a $20 fee will then be charged for each substitution.
Please note: because items can be reserved in advance, the the items you want may no longer be available.
I was really wanting a certain item that you don't have...Can you find it for me?
We are always adding to our inventory...so we are happy to start searching for your request! Chances are, we have it and just need to update our photos. We love treasure hunting, and have many sources that will help us track it down. Just contact us with your request and we will get in touch to let you know if we can acquire it before your event date.

Can we make payments?
Yes, for bigger projects or rentals way in advance we can spread out payments - the first due upon signing, and other payment dates can be negotiated. All payments must be received in full 10 days before event or delivery.
DEPOSITS:
All rentals require a deposit between $100 - $600
$100 minimum deposit is required for any rental- and To reserve your date as mentioned above. This only reserves our services and availability for your date, and will be rolled into your first payment once you have purchased a package with us. Your deposit is fully refundable if rentals are cancelled 30 days or more before event (more refund details below).
REFUNDS/CANCELLATION POLICIES:
When you sign your contract, we can hold your payment for 3 days. You have 3 days to cancel your contract and I will return your deposit right away, After that period, please refer to policies below:
For 4 hour rentals: $50 fee will be charged if rentals are cancelled 7 days or less before rental pickup date.
If over 7 days notice is given - full refund will be mailed within 2 weeks after the 10 days waiting period for check to clear.
For regular rentals: If cancelled with over 30 days notice before event date - all rental and reservation fees will be returned by mail within 2 weeks. If cancelled with less than 30 days notice before event date - $50 will be charged, all additional rental and reservation fees will be returned by mail within 2 weeks.
